Situated in the far North of Scotland overlooking the stunning Ben Loyal mountain, with the dramatic Munro of Ben Hope as a backdrop, the Kinloch Smokehouse has spectacular views down the Kyle of Tongue to the Atlantic.
We produce a range of good quality, locally sourced fish and game, smoked on the premises, using traditional methods with no additives or artificial colourings or flavourings.
The process we use is very simple, consisting only of salt, seasoning and smoke from smouldering oak chips. However it is a long process as it takes time to get the flavour just right. We prepare, trim, slice and pack everything by hand to ensure the best possible standard.
We also run a smoking service and are happy to smoke, slice and pack any salmon or other products brought to us (prices available on application).
As we use local suppliers, our product list will vary throughout the year according to what is in season.
